of <h1>Sikkim Extends FORM GSTR 9/9C Submission Deadline for FY 2018-2019 to 30th Sept 2020 u/s 44.</h1> The Government of Sikkim, through the Commercial Taxes Division of the Finance Department, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C for the financial year 2018-2019. This extension, authorized under section 44 of the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 80 of the corresponding rules, moves the due date to 30th September 2020. This action supersedes the previous notification dated 23rd March 2020, while maintaining any actions taken before this supersession. The decision follows recommendations from the relevant council.
