Utilizing the powers granted by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Act, the State Government has designated May 18, 2020, as the effective date for implementing the provisions of section 128 of the Act. This notification was signed by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Division, Finance Department, on May 16, 2020.
