of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Extends GST Compliance Deadline to November 30, 2020, u/s 171 for Certain Actions.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 82/2020-State Tax, amending Notification No. 33/2020-State Tax dated April 3, 2020. This amendment, effective from September 1, 2020, is made under the powers granted by the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, along with related legislation. The amendment inserts a proviso extending the time limit for completion or compliance of actions specified under section 171 of the Act. If these actions fall between March 20, 2020, and November 29, 2020, and are incomplete, the deadline is extended to November 30, 2020.
