of <h1>India Updates Customs Exchange Rate for Turkish Lira: 4.90 INR for Imports, 4.60 INR for Exports.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has amended Notification No. 51/2022-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 16th June 2022, effective from 29th June 2022. This amendment pertains to the exchange rate for the Turkish Lira, which is now set at 4.90 Indian Rupees for imported goods and 4.60 Indian Rupees for export goods. This change is made under the authority of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.
