of <h1>Sikkim GST Rules Amended: File GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 Electronically via EVC for Specified 2020 Periods.</h1> The Sikkim Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2020, issued by the Government of Sikkim, amends the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Effective from May 27, 2020, the amendment allows registered persons under the Companies Act, 2013, to submit returns in FORM GSTR-3B and details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 using an electronic verification code (EVC) during specified periods in 2020. This provision applies from April 21 to September 30 for FORM GSTR-3B and from May 27 to September 30 for FORM GSTR-1.
