of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh extends deadline for 2019-20 GST annual returns until Feb 28, 2021, u/s 44, Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return for the financial year 2019-20 under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, allows taxpayers to file their returns electronically through the common portal until February 28, 2021. The extension is made in accordance with section 44 of the Act and rule 80 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
