of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification to Include All Functions Under GST Rules, Effective Retroactively from June 22, 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(47)/429 dated January 31, 2018, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment modifies paragraph 1 of the original notification to include all functions provided under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in addition to the furnishing of returns and computation and settlement of integrated tax. This amendment is effective retroactively from June 22, 2017. The notification was issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, on June 7, 2022.
