of <h1>Sikkim Extends GST Deadlines to August 2020 u/s 168A Amendment, Following Council Recommendations.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax, dated April 3, 2020, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. As per the amendment, the deadlines mentioned in the original notification have been extended. The date '29th day of June, 2020' is replaced with '30th day of August, 2020,' and '30th day of June, 2020' is replaced with '31st day of August, 2020.' This change is made under the authority of section 168A of the Sikkim GST Act, following the recommendations of the Council.
