of <h1>Tripura Establishes New Advance Ruling Authority under State GST Act with Dual Commissioner Leadership Effective April 2022.</h1> The Government of Tripura has established the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The authority comprises two members: an Additional Commissioner of State Tax and an Additional Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax. This notification replaces an earlier notification from November 2020 and is effective from April 18, 2022. The order was issued by the Secretary of the Finance Department, Government of Tripura.
