of <h1>Sikkim Extends GST Compliance Deadline to November 30, 2020, for Actions Due Between March 20 and November 29, 2020.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax, dated April 3, 2020, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from September 1, 2020, extends the deadline for certain actions and compliance specified under section 171 of the Act. If the original deadline fell between March 20, 2020, and November 29, 2020, and the action was not completed, the deadline is now extended to November 30, 2020. This amendment was made following recommendations from the Council.
