of <h1>Manipur GST Act Amendment Extends Compliance Deadlines; New Dates Waive Penalties for Non-Compliance Until July 2023.</h1> The Government of Manipur, under the authority of section 128 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued an amendment to Notification No. 45/2020 - State Tax. This amendment, recommended by the Council, extends the deadlines specified in the original notification. The deadline of '31st day of March' is changed to '30th day of June,' and the deadline of '01st day of April' is changed to '1st day of July.' This extension aims to waive penalties for non-compliance with the provisions of the original notification dated 30th November 2020.
