of <h1>Manipur GST Act: Exemption for Certain Entities from Sub-sections (6B) and (6C) of Section 25 Announced in Notification 01/2021.</h1> The Government of Manipur, under the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued Notification No. 01/2021, superseding the previous notification No. 07/2020. This notification states that the provisions of sub-sections (6B) and (6C) of section 25 will not apply to certain entities. These include non-citizens of India, departments or establishments of the Central or State Government, local authorities, statutory bodies, public sector undertakings, and individuals applying for registration under sub-section (9) of section 25. This decision follows recommendations from the Council.
