of <h1>Exchange Rate for Turkish Lira Amended: 5.00 INR for Imports, 4.70 INR for Exports Effective 19th May 2022.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has amended Notification No. 40/2022-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 5th May 2022, concerning the exchange rate of the Turkish Lira against the Indian Rupee. Effective from 19th May 2022, the exchange rate for the Turkish Lira is set at 5.00 INR for imported goods and 4.70 INR for export goods. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962.
