of <h1>Telangana Extends E-Way Bill Validity Until June 30, 2020, u/r 138, Retroactive from May 31, 2020.</h1> The Government of Telangana has issued an amendment to Notification G.O.Ms.No.136, dated 27.11.2020, under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, published in the Telangana Gazette on 31.12.2020, extends the validity of e-way bills generated under rule 138, which expired on or after 20th March 2020, until 30th June 2020. The amendment is effective retroactively from 31st May 2020, as per the powers conferred by section 168A of the Telangana GST Act and related legislation.
