of <h1>Deadline for FORM GSTR-3B Filing for April 2022 Extended to May 24 u/s 39(6) and Rule 61(1.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, issued Notification No. 05/2022 on May 17, 2022, extending the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for April 2022. The due date has been extended to May 24, 2022, under the authority granted by section 39(6) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 61(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This decision was made based on the recommendations of the GST Council.
