This amendment is made under the authority of section 128 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment involves changing the date in the third proviso from '10th January, 2020' to '17th January, 2020.' This change is made on the recommendation of the Council and is authorized by the Governor of Mizoram.
