of <h1>Kerala Amends GST Deadline: Businesses in Four Districts Must File July GSTR-1 by 11th October to Avoid Fees.</h1> The Government of Kerala issued an amendment to Notification G.O.(P) No.141/2019/TAXES, adjusting the date in clause (ii) from '20th September' to '11th October.' This amendment, effective from 9th October 2019, follows the Goods and Services Tax Council's recommendation to extend the deadline for registered businesses in Idukki, Malappuram, Wayanad, and Kozhikode with turnovers exceeding 1.5 crore rupees. These businesses must submit their July 2019 GSTR-1 forms electronically by the new deadline to waive late fees.
