of <h1>Kerala Govt Extends Deadline for GST CMP-08 Form Submission to October 22, 2019, per GST Council Advice.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification G.O.(P) No.89/2019/TAXES, dated 10th June 2019, under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from 18th October 2019, extends the deadline for submitting the GST CMP-08 form, which details the payment of self-assessed tax for the quarter of July to September 2019, to 22nd October 2019. This decision follows the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council.
