of <h1>Kerala amends GST Authority notification; Anand Singh replaces Tinku Biswal as member u/s 99 of Kerala GST Act.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification G.O.(P) No.124/2017/Taxes, dated 21st October 2017, concerning the Kerala Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax. Under the powers conferred by section 99 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Sri. Anand Singh, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram, is appointed as a member of the authority, replacing Smt. Tinku Biswal, IAS. This change is reflected in the amended notification, with the substitution of names in the relevant entries. The amendment is issued by order of the Governor.
