Krishnan with Sivaprasad S in Advance Ruling Authority.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification G.O.(P) No.123/2017/TAXES, replacing the name 'Shri. B.G. Krishnan' with 'Shri. Sivaprasad S' in the entries against serial number 1. This change is due to the transfer of Shri. B.G. Krishnan, who was previously a member of the Kerala Authority for Advance Ruling. The Principal Chief Commissioner has nominated Shri. Sivaprasad S, Joint Commissioner, Central Tax and Central Excise, Thiruvananthapuram, as the new member. This amendment ensures the continuity of the Kerala Authority for Advance Ruling under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
