of <h1>Madhya Pradesh GST Act Amends Tax Rates: Fly Ash Bricks & Roofing Tiles Now in Schedule II Effective April 2022.</h1> The notification seeks to amend a previous notification from June 29, 2017, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve changes in tax schedules: Schedule I (2.5%) will have certain serial numbers and their entries omitted, while Schedule II (6%) will include new entries for products such as fly ash bricks, bricks of fossil meals, building bricks, and earthen or roofing tiles. These changes are effective from April 1, 2022, as ordered by the Deputy Secretary on behalf of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
