of <h1>Chhattisgarh GST Amendment Act Section 6 Provisions Effective Retroactively from June 1, 2021, per April 2022 Notification.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through its Commercial Tax Department, has issued a notification under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021. This notification, dated April 1, 2022, declares that the provisions of section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Act (No.2 of 2022) are to be considered effective from June 1, 2021. The notification is issued under the authority of the Governor of Chhattisgarh by the Principal Secretary.
