of <h1>Manipur exempts taxpayers with turnover up to Rs. 2 crore from filing 2020-21 annual return under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Manipur's Department of Taxes issued Notification No. 06/2021 on October 12, 2021, exempting registered taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to two crore rupees from the requirement to file an annual return for the financial year 2020-21. This exemption is enacted under the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on the recommendations of the Council. The notification is effective from August 1, 2021.
