These courts are assigned to specific areas for handling matters related to undisclosed foreign income and assets. The designated courts include Special Chief Judicial Magistrates and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates in various districts such as Kanpur Nagar, Agra, Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Moradabad, Allahabad, Lucknow, and Varanasi.
