of <h1>Mizoram Amends GST Notification to Include Fly Ash Bricks and Tiles, Effective April 1, 2022.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has amended Notification No. 10/2019-State Tax, dated March 22, 2019, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective April 1, 2022, the amendment adds new entries to the existing notification. The new entries include fly ash bricks or aggregates with at least 90% fly ash content, bricks made of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths, building bricks, and earthen or roofing tiles. These amendments were made following the recommendations of the Council and were issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department.
