of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amends Tax Rates on Vegetables, Nuts, and Coconut Water; Effective January 1, 2022.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include changes to entries in the schedule, such as substituting specific codes and descriptions for certain goods. For instance, entries for vegetables provisionally preserved and various nuts are updated. A new entry for tender coconut water, excluding certain branded containers, is added. Entry S. No. 101 is omitted, and entry S. No. 141 is updated. These amendments take effect from January 1, 2022, as ordered by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
