of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir Designates New E-Invoice Portals Under GST Act 2017, Effective January 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has designated specific websites as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for e-invoice preparation. These portals are managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network and include ten specified URLs. This notification, issued by the Finance Department, came into effect on January 1, 2020.
