<h1>Assam GST Act 2017: Compliance Deadlines Extended to June 30, 2021, Retroactive from May 30, 2021.</h1> The Government of Assam, under the authority of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification to extend the compliance deadlines. The original notification, dated August 10, 2021, had set deadlines for various compliance activities between April 15, 2021, and June 29, 2021. These deadlines have now been extended to June 30, 2021. The amendments include changes to specific dates, substituting May 30 and May 31, 2021, with June 29 and June 30, 2021, respectively. This notification is retroactively effective from May 30, 2021.
