of <h1>Andhra Pradesh enforces GST Amendment Act 2021, effective June 1, 2021, modifying Section 50 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued an order to enforce the provisions of Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, effective from June 1, 2021. This amendment relates to changes in Section 50 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification, dated February 21, 2022, will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. The order is authorized by the Secretary to the Government and is issued under the authority of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
