of <h1>Mizoram Amends GST Notification: 2.5% Tax Rate for Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul Services from April 2020.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued an amendment to Notification No. 11/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated July 7, 2017, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from April 1, 2020, the amendment introduces a new entry for maintenance, repair, or overhaul services related to aircraft, engines, and components, specifying a tax rate of 2.5%. Additionally, the amendment modifies item (ii) to include the new entry (ia) in the relevant columns. This change is made in the public interest following the Council's recommendations.
