<h1>Sikkim Amends GST Notification: Changes in Entries '4414' and '7419 80' Effective January 1, 2022, u/s 11.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has amended Notification No. 21/2018-State Tax (Rate) dated July 26, 2018, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve changes in the TABLE of the original notification, specifically substituting the entry '4414' for S. No. 4 and '7419 80' for S. No. 29. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2022, as per the authority granted by section 11 of the Sikkim GST Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
