Satellite launch services exempted under Assam GST via insertion of entry 19C, effective from October 2020. Amendment inserts schedule entry 19C (HS code 9965) to classify satellite launch services supplied by Indian Space Research Organisation, Antrix Corporation Limited or New Space India Limited as Nil-rated under the Assam GST notification, made under powers of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
