of <h1>Meghalaya GST Amendment Act 2021: Sections 2, 3, and 7-16 Enforced Starting January 1, 2022.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya, through the Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department, has issued a notification to enforce sections 2, 3, and 7 to 16 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021. This enforcement is set to commence on January 1, 2022, as per the authority granted by clause (b) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is signed by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya.
