of <h1>Meghalaya to Implement GST Eighth Amendment Rules 2021, Effective January 1, 2022; Details in Rule 2 Sub-Rules.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya's Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department has issued a notification regarding the implementation of specific provisions of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (Eighth Amendment) Rules, 2021. These provisions, detailed in sub-rule (2), sub-rule (3), clause (i) of sub-rule (6), and sub-rule (7) of rule 2, will come into effect on January 1, 2022. The notification, identified as No. ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt. III/60, was published in the Gazette of Meghalaya on October 11, 2021.
