of <h1>Gujarat GST Act 2017: Key Amendments Include New Entry for Tender Coconut Water, Changes to Schedules Effective Jan 2022.</h1> The Government of Gujarat, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 30, 2017. Effective January 1, 2022, changes include updates to specific entries in the Schedule: substitution of entries for S. No. 22, 43B, 49, and 141; insertion of a new entry 97A regarding tender coconut water; and omission of S. No. 101. These amendments are based on recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council.
