of <h1>Sikkim Amends Finance Act 2019: Changes to Section 39, Sub-sections (1), (2), (7) Effective Nov 10, 2020.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has issued a notification regarding amendments made to sub-sections (1), (2), and (7) of section 39 under the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019. The notification, dated November 10, 2020, specifies that the provisions of section 97 of the Act will come into effect on the same date. This action is taken under the authority granted by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Finance Act.
