of <h1>Haryana GST Notification Amended: Service Descriptions Updated, Conditions Removed Effective January 1, 2022.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has amended notification No. 46/ST-2, dated June 30, 2017, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective January 1, 2022, the amendments involve changes to the description of services in specific items within the notification. The words 'Union territory, a local authority, a Governmental Authority or a Government Entity' have been replaced with 'Union territory or a local authority' in certain descriptions. Additionally, specific conditions related to these items have been removed. This amendment was made in the public interest on the recommendations of the Council.
