of <h1>Odisha GST Amendment Act 2021: Sections 2, 3, 7-12, 14-16 Effective January 1, 2022 by Governor's Order.</h1> The Government of Odisha has announced that specific sections of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 will come into effect on January 1, 2022. This decision, authorized by the powers granted under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act, will activate the provisions of sections 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16. The notification was issued by the Finance Department on December 28, 2021, under the authority of the Governor, as documented in reference number 36180-FIN-CT1-TAX-0019/2021.
