Key amendments include the insertion of references to '12AB' alongside '12AA' in various serial numbers, adjustments to the dates from 2021 to 2022 for certain entries, and the addition of new entries related to services for the AFC Women's Asia Cup 2022. The amendments also introduce exemptions for services related to national permits for goods carriages and admission rights to AFC events. These changes are effective from October 1, 2021.
