of <h1>Haryana Amends GST Act 2017: Updates to Serial Nos. 22, 43B, 49, 97A; Removal of No. 101; Effective 2022.</h1> The Haryana Government has amended Notification No.36/ST-2 under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, effective January 1, 2022. Key changes include updates to various serial numbers in the schedule: serial number 22 now includes entries '0303' to '0309'; serial number 43B now specifies 'Vegetables provisionally preserved'; serial number 49 lists specific fresh nuts; a new serial number 97A covers certain tender coconut water conditions; serial number 101 is removed; and serial number 141 is updated to '8807'. These amendments are issued by the Excise and Taxation Department.
