<h1>Haryana Government De-notifies 11.96 Hectares in Gurugram SEZ for Infrastructure Development, Reducing SEZ to 3.12 Hectares.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified 11.9635 hectares of land at Rakha and Nimoth Villages, Tehsil-Sohna, District-Gurugram, Haryana, reducing the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) area to 3.1242 hectares. Initially proposed by a private infrastructure company for a biotechnology sector SEZ, the de-notification was approved by the Haryana State Government and recommended by the Development Commissioner, Noida SEZ. The de-notified land will be repurposed for infrastructure development, including industrial units, warehousing, and storage facilities. This action is in accordance with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and related rules.
