Tripura GST Amendment Act: Sections 4 & 5 Effective from August 1, 2021, Per Finance Department Notification.

The Government of Tripura has issued a notification under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2021, appointing August 1, 2021, as the effective date for the implementation of sections 4 and 5 of the Act. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Finance Department of Tripura, as authorized by the Governor and signed by the Joint Secretary.
