of <h1>Government Extends Customs Notification Deadline from December 31, 2021, to June 30, 2022, under Customs Act Section 25(1).</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 45/2021-Customs, originally dated September 29, 2021, under the powers granted by section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, issued by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), changes the date in paragraph 2 of the original notification from '31st December, 2021' to '30th June, 2022'. This extension is deemed necessary in the public interest and is published in the Gazette of India.
