of <h1>Odisha Amends GST Notification: Removes Certain Exemptions for Government Entities, Updates on E-Commerce Operator Provisions.</h1> The Government of Odisha has issued amendments to Notification No. 19873 dated June 29, 2017, regarding exemptions for intra-state supply of services under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective January 1, 2022, the amendments remove the terms 'or a Governmental authority or a Government Entity' from the descriptions of services in serial numbers 3 and 3A. Additionally, provisions are added to serial numbers 15 and 17, stating that certain exemptions do not apply to services supplied through an electronic commerce operator, as notified under Section 9(5) of the Act.
