of <h1>Sikkim Government Extends GST Deadlines to March 2021 in Amended Notification No. 35/2020 Effective December 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax, originally issued on April 3, 2020, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments extend certain deadlines in the notification. The date '29th day of November, 2020' is replaced with '30th day of March, 2021,' and '30th day of November, 2020' is replaced with '31st day of March, 2021.' These changes are effective from December 1, 2020, as per the powers granted by relevant sections of the GST Acts.
