of <h1>Sikkim Enforces Sections 119-131 of Finance Act 2020 Starting January 1, 2021.</h1> The Government of Sikkim, through its Commercial Taxes Division of the Finance Department, has issued a notification under the Finance Act, 2020. The notification, dated December 22, 2020, states that the provisions of sections 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 126, 127, and 131 of the Act will be enforced starting January 1, 2021. This action is taken under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Finance Act, 2020.
