of <h1>India Revises Turkish Lira Exchange Rate: 6.30 INR for Imports, 5.90 INR for Exports Under Customs Act Section 14.</h1> The Government of India, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has amended Notification No. 98/2021-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 16th December 2021, effective from 23rd December 2021. The amendment involves changes in the exchange rate for the Turkish Lira under Schedule-I of the notification. The exchange rate for one unit of Turkish Lira is now set at 6.30 Indian Rupees for imported goods and 5.90 Indian Rupees for export goods. This adjustment is executed under the authority of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.
