of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Implements Rule 87(13) and FORM GST PMT-09 Under GST Rules Effective April 21, 2020.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 35/2020 (State Tax) dated April 28, 2020, to implement provisions of rule 87 (13) and FORM GST PMT-09 under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Exercising powers under section 164 of the Arunachal Pradesh GST Act, 2017, and related rules, the notification appoints April 21, 2020, as the effective date for these provisions. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, Itanagar.
