of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification No. 03/2021: Changes Effective Retroactively from September 24, 2021.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax, originally dated May 10, 2021. This amendment, under Notification No. 36/2021, is enacted by the powers granted under sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It involves inserting the words, brackets, figure, and letter 'sub-section (6A) or' into the first paragraph of the original notification. This amendment is effective retroactively from September 24, 2021, as ordered by the Principal Secretary in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
