No. 452P in Schedule III.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh State Government has issued an amendment to Notification No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 30, 2017, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from October 27, 2021, the amendment involves two changes: the omission of S. No. 243 and its related entries from Schedule II, which is taxed at 6%, and the removal of the words 'in respect of Information Technology software' from column (3) of S. No. 452P in Schedule III, which is taxed at 9%.
